relaxing holiday with sports
tennis courts nice landscape
the tennis courts were great for free play for 45 minutes daily i found that very convenient. the resort's proximity to the beach provided nice landscape. i found all the staff very helpful and friendly.
i noticed the gym lacked certain equipment necessary for proper training i think it needs some improvement.

the hotel features many attractions with many sports clubs available i noticed many families arrive with young children because it contains separate new intellectual playgrounds specifically for them it is 100% recommended.

the hotel has a gym and there is a wide variety of food in the restaurant that is quite good. it also has a private beach providing good access the staff are very friendly too making it convenient and accessible.

fantastic facilities for tennis lovers
shuttle service buffet selection clean rooms all-inclusive plan
i appreciated the convenience of a shuttle service to the tennis venue. the buffet had a huge selection of food items. the rooms were very nice and clean. i liked that the all-inclusive plan covered everything and even the beer was good!
some areas of the hotel show some wear and tear!

The beautiful family room was generously sized. It included two double-sized bathrooms which suited my family of five perfectly. i found the room beautifully designed and well-equipped for a comfortable stay.

There was plenty of food to choose from. It included the usual buffet style dining and various burger places. pizza places snack bars offered unlimited drinks and ice cream which my kids really enjoyed. I also appreciated the diverse culinary options.

Underwhelming Stay, Some Issues
faulty air conditioning crooked television
The hotel grounds were extensive and well-maintainedwith ample space for walking.
Upon arrival, my room was not ready, and I was placed in a different room for two nights. The air conditioning did not work correctly during those nights. The television in the room was crooked, and this was a distraction.
